What types of payment are accepted?

We accept payment via Venmo, Paypal and CashApp. We also accept credit cards processed manually via Square. Cash is also accepted.

Are you insured?

Yes! Paw and Claw Pet Services are fully insured.

Do you offer overnight stays?

At this time, we do not offer overnight stays.

Can I have multiple drop-ins in the same day?

Yes! We offer up to 3 drop-ins per day.

Do you offer a discount for multiple drop-ins/walks per day?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for all additional drop-ins/walks per day.

What experience do you have with different dog breeds?

I have worked with extra large dog breeds like Cane Corsos, large dog breeds like pitbulls, medium dog breeds like Australian shepherds and small dog breeds like chihuahuas. I have many years of experience working with different cat breeds with an array of temperaments. Along with dogs and cats, I also have experience caring for rats, pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, horses, guinea pigs and hamsters.

What type of care is provided during drop-ins?

During drop-ins, your animals will be provided with monitored bathroom breaks and enrichment time. Your animals will receive one-on-one attention that includes playing with toys, pets and snuggles. Please be sure to let us know any activities your pet particularly loves and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your fur babies have an amazing time!

Can I pay for a month of services in advance?

Absolutely! A month of services paid in advance will receive a 5% discount.
